I worked at NBC Universal for close nearly 17 years.
My work in entertainment began with creating occasional illustrations for Late Night with David Letterman. When Late Night with Conan O’Brien started I became a regular daily artist. I created everything from drawings, title designs, and 2-step animations to actual hand held props. I also did photo alteration work in Photoshop.
Working with Conan and the writers was a great opportunity because they often gave me creative license with my artwork, allowing me to visually interpret the concepts as I saw fit. Two regular projects stand out as my favorites among the many I worked on over the years: U.S. State Quarters and U.S. Stamps. Often I went so over the top with the humor in the drawings that they even surprised Conan.
